DSP Media Finally Takes the Veil Off New Girl Group, April

The brand new rookie girl group that will soon be debuting under DSP —home to Rainbown, A-jax and KARA—has taken off its veil to unleash new girl group! The top hallyu agency released official information of DSP Girls, now known to be named April. The group consists of 5 members. Some of them have already been at the center of a lot of public attention under survival program ‘Kara Project’. Kara Project was a 2014 South Korean variety television programme, starring also Kara. It aired on MBC Music from May 27, 2014. Kara’s new member was recruited through this audition program, and Heo Youngji was proclaimed as the winner. Then after that only two of them had a chance to make a debut as the finalists of the new girl group. For their debut, they’ve recruited famous composer and lyricist, for their first-ever digital singe album, which consists of 2 songs. April are gathering stacks of new ideas for their anticipated debut.
